The project involved the complete civil works for the construction of a 70 MW Peaking Power Plant located in Bera, Pabna. As part of the national initiative to enhance electricity generation capacity, this plant was developed to meet peak hour demands and ensure grid stability in the region. Key works included land development, piling, construction of the main power block, generator and turbine foundations, internal road networks, water drainage, boundary walls, and auxiliary support buildings. This facility is an important addition to the country’s power infrastructure, offering quick-start capabilities and supporting energy reliability during high demand periods.
